Tea Book

There’s also this book about tea (https://www.amazon.com/Tea-Miscellany-Steeped-History-Recipes/dp/1849536791). I liked this book less, as it contains too many specific historical dates and precise details that willfly out of my head if I’m not into the tea scene.

But the fourth chapter is not bad. It gives an overview of all types of tea. It was also interesting to read about less popular tea-growing regions, like Burma. The book includes a few recipes for tea drinks. At the end of the book, there’s a collection of food recipes (well, there might still be tea in there; I skipped this chapter; it’s not my thing).
